Our core business is pick up and delivery of airfreight and expedited shipments in and around Austin, Texas.  Since 1982 Action has provided its customers with quality service. Our management team now clocks in at over 50 years of combined industry experience and knowledge.  Our truck fleet is new and modern. The average age of the route fleet is less than 2 years. These trucks and trailers are Air Ride Equipped and have E-Track, the straight trucks have liftgates. The trucks and drivers stay in constant contact with the dispatchers via 2-way radios and alphanumeric pagers. Cargo vans, Bobtails, Tractor Trailers, Roller Beds, Air Ride we have every thing you need and then some.

 Our warehouse is 11,000 feet of non-climate controlled space. Our location in northeast Austin, near US 290 and US 183 is strategically located to offer convenient logistics storage for customers distributing in Austin, or in Texas. We have extremely quick response times due to quick access to US 183 and US 290.

 Action Air Freight has invested in Internet communications, electronics and Internet connectivity. We utilize a T1 circuit for our phone and Internet services, which gives us a digital phone system that is very reliable and an Internet service that is very fast. We will customize our services to suit your needs.

 We offer a full range of U.S. Customs bonded activities to support the International trade in the area. We provide one of the two Customs Exams Sites (CES) in town as well as a Container Freight Station and Customs Bonded Transportation.

 Of all the trucks, T1 connections, and services we have, we know our greatest asset is the people who come to work here every day and get the freight on and off and keep the customer informed. The core of our staff has been here an average of 9 years while the overall retention of the average employee is almost 5 years.
